Why haven't I received my order yet?
Order processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days, unless the items you ordered are out of stock or are pre-sale products. Once your items are dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that shipping times can vary depending on the destination country.
 
If there has been no delivery change for approximately 5 days, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at support@lilysilk.zendesk.com. We are here to help you resolve any issues with your order.
What is your return policy?
We understand that not every purchase works out, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy to guarantee 100% satisfaction. We've made the return process super easy.
 
1. We gladly accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
 
2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged: ①Items on clearance,②Silk Underwear.
 
3. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached—including the disposable non-returnable tag. We cannot accept items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered, or if the disposable non-returnable tag has been removed, broken, or damaged in any way.
 
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Note: Please make sure that you will return the package to our agreed return address. Or it will affect the processing of your return.
 
5. Please be sure to submit your return tracking number promptly after returning your item. Delays in submission may affect the processing of your returns and exchanges.

How to Get Wrinkles Out of Silk?
Silk is a delicate fabric that is used to make different types of clothing. The material is made up of fiber collected from the cocoons of larvae of silkworms. Thousands of fiber length is required to make the fabric. It is the reason why clothes made up of silk are more expensive than ones made of other materials like cotton, nylon, etc. Though the fabric is silky smooth, it also develops wrinkles when not stored properly. Getting them out can be quite challenging because of the delicate nature of the material.
 
So, let's see how wrinkles in silk clothes can be smoothened easily without damaging the fabric.
How To Hand Wash Silk At Home?
Have you still been bothered by how to wash any silk at home?
Handwashing is always the best and safest method for washing particularly delicate items like silk. (some may prefer DRY CLEAN).
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Fill a basin with <= lukewarm water 30℃/86°F.
2. Add a few drops of special detergent for the silk delicates.
3. Let the garment soak for three minutes.
4. Agitate the delicates around in the water.
5. Rinse the silk item <= lukewarm water (30℃/86°F).
6. Use a towel to soak up water after the wash.
7. Hang the garment to dry.
