1. A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible.
2. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.
3. We only support delivery to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Qatar. To check shipping details, please refer to the following table.

Orders are delivered daily from 10am to 8pm excluding Fridays on SA, KW, QA, OM or Sunday on AE. Please keep your phone accessible.
